	Video milling a skulpture in expandet polystyrene


	The first photos and videos with expandet polystyrene

	In this pictures you can see how to mill an little sculpture in expandet polystyrene. The material is nor very hard and so it is suitable very well for demonstrations. Here we mill in one single way with maximum approx 25mm in depht.


	The stl-file for the little sculpture was converted very easy with a few steps in the software DeskProto into readable G-codes for WIN PCNC Economy.

	Highest quality made in Germany with high-precision worm-gear and a stopping moment of over 20Nm


	Consequently 3D 360° are possible with almost all materials.


	Because of its exisitng 7mm drill-hole, the rotation table can be clamped horizontally as well as vertically. Operation of great ease is therefore asured.


	This means for our High-Z users: milling in plastics, timber, Aluminium or even brass, engraving of all kinds.


	Until the end of the year we will present numerous videos, which will show milling and engraving using a variety of materials. Part of this series will be sculptures, 3D objects of all kinds, works of art, engravings, lettering on cylindrical objects, milling of objects for the jewellery industry, etc.

	Operation with conventional milling machines


	In a few weeks a suitable headstock and a flange insert- carier for timber will also be available. Currently avilable fodder size is 80mm. It is possible to fasten fodder up to a diameter of 125mm to the rotation table.
