01.10.09: New fabrication hall.
After 55 production months of the High z and RaptorX Al CNC milling machines (altogether over 2150 sold units world-wide) we have build a new, own fabrication hall. With now 1650 square meters effective area and 10 coworkers the company CNC STEP constantly grew in an extremely rapid time. In February 2005 we delivered the first High Z plant at Mr. Becker. At that time we produced on a surface of 100qm manufacturing and 200qm stock with two coworkers.
Thank you to all, which contributed thanks to this growth with and to all customers world-wide, who work successfully with our products.
20.09.09: New salesman for IRAN. With the new retailer in Iran we put world-wide now 20 sales offices (Poland and Australia follow in few weeks) to our prospective customers at the disposal. (Click on the respective flag on the left side). Thus we are represented in almost all continents of the earth with our machines. We wish much success and a fruitful co-operation.
01.08.09: The new Top CAD CAM software ConstruCAM-3D (recommended VK-price in the sum of the single modules approx. 2400.00 euros) is attached to all machine orders free of charge starting from a High z S-400T CNC milling machine (offer temporarily to at the end of of 2009, buying in addition version for provable High z owner 599.00 euros)). ConstruCAM-3D is probably at present the most extensive and at most matured CAD CAM software on an absolutely favorable price level. Beside some CAD functions are high-quality conversion possibilities as for example a sign engraving module to the Serienschlidherstellung, VCarving and VTR for the transformation of simple 2D Vectoren in 3D stl to data at the disposal. The software for applications up to 4 axles is usable. Detailed assistance and guidance functions permit it for serving the software with little exercise very comfortably. By the decades of experience of the manufacturer and whose references we can maintain with best conscience to be able to offer hereby a new Top CAD CAM software for the minimum price. 06.05.09: A “new” High z is offered as plasma cutting machine with 1350x1050mm for the Top price. The electronic torch of the company Hypertherm, which is offered world-wide by prominent manufacturers, performed with it its work in the plasma flame cutting plant eye-draws cleanly and properly. Optionally a mechanical measuring rod or a fully electronic spacer system is available, with which even corrugated sheet becomes cutable. A lathe fixture for the treatment of pipes is likewise available starting from July 2009. In all other respects each High z CNC milling machine with the electronic torch without large problems in the hand turning can be re-tooled.

12.03.09: The 2.000.000 `ste prospective customer enters around 19:38 clock the web page www.cnc-step.com. A million Klicks on the starting URL, altogether eleven million Klicks within the Pages within the last 14 months. Within the next 8 weeks we become our 2000 `ste CNC machine manufacture. We are pleased extraordinarily about these facts.

11.11.2008: The production of the 1600 `High-Z CNC machine took place today. Thus we created, which before few years a nobody could also only suspect: High z CNC machines sold 600 in only one year. Thanks to all, which trust our products and continue to drive our development in front thereby ever.
05.11.2008: New retailer for Estonia. Immediately we have a Reseller in Estonia. The company DNC works already for a very long time with our machines. Information over the work finds you here. They had so many inquiries in shortest time to the manufacturing machines that they decided itself short hand to offer these in Estonia. Much success.
01.12.2008: A new and bigger size of our HIGH-Z is available!! Model S-1400 with traverse path 1400x800x110mm will be delivered exclusively with T-grove -plate, 1050 Watt router and an optional base frame. This model is additionally equipped with ball bearing for the X-axis slide and a 30mm strong linear guide on its Y-axis.
Due to a spindle size of more than 16mm this model will probably set new standards for CNC-Portal-Milling machines within this range.
And finally the best: Introduction price will be under 6450 Euro net including Kress 1050 watt spindle and 8mm chuck free of charge. A T-Version with ball screws is planed for the beginning of 2009.
11.09.2008: High-Z number 1500 is produced today. It is a S-1000T. Hence we have sold 500 High-Z machines within the last 10 months to our customers worldwide. Many thanks to all involved and the Team of CNC-Step!!

03 / 04. 2008: From around end of March onwards our new CNC-machine series 'RaptorX-AL' will be launched. With a transfer speed of up to 35.000mm /min (so why buying expensive servo-technology) an operation sizes of up to 3000 x 2000 x 600mm (usual operation size 300mm in Z), operation heught is variable, up to 1000mm, as well as the possibility of plate loading via the long X-axis will set new standards within the area of 2D and 3D CNC-portal-milling. Additionally is a new value for money relation! Ball screws and 9 Ampere motors and a control with power accordingly take care of most extreme power and capacity provision! 13.11.2007: We produce the 1.000th CNC Machine. Huge anniversary ! We made ist! 1.000 CNC-machines left the company CNC-STEP within the last 33 months and were delivered to our customers worldwide. More than 600 machines are being used commercially. 24 machines are being used in research, school and other academic institutes. With this result it likely that our portal-milling-machine is the most successful one ever produced. Statistics: Within the last 50 weeks we sold exactly 500 High-Z machines, which means exactly 10 machines per week.
Often copied by competitors, but obviously never reached – the High-Z by CNC-STEP. Please view our alarming test with machines of unnamed competitors.
01.11.2007: Our patented 3D scanning System is launched on the market. From now on you do not require expensive laser technology or light-scan-technology in order to 3D scan simple relief contours without undercuts. We have developed a material (copyrighted)and a process, which allows to scan objects of maximum 15-18mm in 'height' with a precision of up to 0,1mm within a couple of minutes, to process them further and finally to save all this as finished milling file (can be scaled in its size). You can get all this exclusively at CNC-STEP for under 500 EURO in a complete package including software, which can export and save your 3D-scans as .stl file format for further changes at a later date. Be surprised. Product launch is planned fo the 1st November 2007.
17.10.2007: Quick start Menu for WIN PCNC Economy and Profi: From now on it is even easier for customers to install the software package WIN PCNC Economy and Profi. When starting the software first time after installation you only need to select you language within the appearing pop-up menu and all relevant parameters for your CNC machine are entered automatically. Another step towards 'customer-friendly ease of use' is made. You will receive this additional function for WIN PCNC Economy and Profi free of charge and exclusively only at CNC-Step. 13.10.2007: Advertisement of a small price increase: After a large number modifications for control and mechanics (see below) for our High-Z-Series with 4- and 5-channel control there will be a price increase of 33,61 € nett. We still sell our CNC machines still at an unbeatable price with the offered quality and precision produced by us. Within this version the control is still the least expensive. The in crease of German VAT in January 2007 would have meant an increase of price of around 60 Euro for the model S-720. We left our prices as they were. 10.10.2007: Our DVD about High-Z CNC milling and engraving machine is introduced on the market. Get information here. 20.07.2007: We say welcome to our reseller in Taiwan and with much success for selling our machines in Far East. That’s the way to the homepage. 14.07.2007: Removal in a new production plant with 315 qm production area and further 600 qm stock area. By now we’re able to develop much better. The workshop is placed in center of Geldern just 3 minutes walk from train station. The development of our new huge CNC machines series with a future product name “RaptorX-AL” runs on high level. 01.07.2007: After a short reflection we decided to become the official sponsor of Rennsport Rössler, formula 3. We will celebrate this anniversary among other things with selling our 1000 th machine for hath- price. This way we would achieve what nobody believed in as we developed the machine 2004: 1000 machines sold worldwide within only 33 months since introducing the market on February 2005. Best assumptions to be found. 14.04.2007: Beginning of the development of a huge CNC portal milling machine with high precise ball screw drive on all axis ( no toothed racks ), which can be put up till approx 3000x2000mm and 300mm in Z direction. We planed 3 or 4 different sizes. Some features patented by us will label this machine generation. A 4x 7,0 ampere controlling will bring maximum power reserves. Because of this fact the machine will be more flexible and efficient than all currently available machines of competitors. Furthermore we are striving for a low price level again. The introducing on the market is planed for summer’s end/ autumn’s begin 2007. 31.03.2007: The 500.000th visitor on the internet site www.cnc-step.de / com and www.cnc-router-routers.com logged in at 7:24 p.m. During last 25 months we sold over 674 CNC machines of our successful series High- Z developed by ourselves with an aluminium frame construction and two motors on x- axle to worldwide established scientific research institutes, laboratories, universities, schools, big companies, traders and private customers. Our customers from Indonesia, Lebanon, Iran, USA, Australia, Canada and Cuba work successful with our High-Z CNC milling machines by CNC-STEP. Find our references here.
