	3D building of forms for soaps

	The company Madervo out would separate manufactures among other things with a High-Z plastic forms for exclusive soaps. The close admission clarify, as filegran the milled outlines themselves go still after threefold negatives positives transforming into action and remain well recognizable.


	3D treatment in polystyrene


	The museum in the village Albersdorf under the direction of Mr. Arnold provides landscape reliefs in expanded polystyrene, which appear absolutely true to nature with appear High-Z S-400 and PCNC for its exhibitions.




	The exhibits are partly large up to 300x400mm with a depth from for instance to 50mm.

	Mr. S. B. Produces mainly professional displays made of Perspex with LED lighting in mass production. The result shown here is made of 1mm Perspex. Therefore he has modified the machine (S-1000) as follows:


	Custom made suction equipment with controllable depth



		A complete workstation was arranged


	Appearance of the whole machine (CNC mill High-Z S-1000)


	LEDs provides lighting where needed


	The retaining blocks for end switch was also produced with our High Z


		Complete modification incl. light and suction device.

	3D opeartions in Perspex

	Mr. M. Is specialized in the production of 3D-solid models made of blocks of perspex. All pieces are unique and function as negatives for building speakers. The shown final result consists of 2 pieces with dimensions 200x200x100mm. Drill bits for production of prototypes with special lengths are used.


	2D operation in Aluminium

	Mr. B. produces alloy wheels and nuts for model cars (RC cars) made of sheet aluminium in various thicknesses. Photographs of objects in fixed position to follow.

		The company Tebitechniks manufactures front plates of any kind with a High-Z S-720 milling cutter from differently strong aluminium plates.

	Mr. W. manufactures milling cutter large sized with a High-Z S-720 CNC wood-describes with Logo and writings.

Mr. B. from america manufactures large genuine-wood emblems with logos and writings with the High-Z S-720 router. Here it uses different from millers, the wooden plate he fastens with a self build vacuum plate.
