Each electric or electronic instrument sends and receives electromagnetic waves.
Disturbing sends can influence these instruments reciprocally. Everybody knows radio crackling or striped TV screens. “Don’t disturb and don’t be disturbed” is simplified said the EU guideline EMV which dictates by low the evidence of minimal electromagnetic tolerance in Europe since 1.1.1996. the accompanying CE-mark as evidenced for minimal standards is a duty by low for all electric and electronic instruments. To keep the guidelines for a pocket lamp is quite simple. But for complicated products a support of qualified experts with needed know how and technical assumptions is necessary.
All machines released by us are EMV-tested and fulfil the norm standards for electromagnetic tolerance (EMV).
Our machines were tested in an EMF testing chamber for excess EMF intensity by an independent EMV test center - EMC-Test NRW. The results were very good. See test results graph below
A EMV test costs a lot more than 5.000 € and for this reason the most producers shrink it. That causes disturbtions in the surrounding. It is strictly forbidden to use untested CNC machines in Germany. That means production of these machines is practically worthless because you are not allowed to use them by low.
There are two steps of disturbing field’s measuring. Step 1 concerns the industrial field. Here the standards are high. But step 2 of EMV conformity concerning private field gives the highest standards for usage and disturbtion security.
If you look at some machines offered in internet you can presume almost all of them would not hold out an EMV test.
Controlling cases, distribution on the machine, plugs, controlling or unprotected cables which in addition are to small dimensioned for named efficiency.
Concerning conformity our products fulfil all standards and have appropriate certificates.
